Yes, within the 3-day hold window if you change your mind. After that, or once you proceed with purchase and back out without cause, it becomes non-refundable.
Yes — look up your booking on the "My booking" page using your ref and phone number, then choose Reschedule to pick a new date and time.
Bring your IC and driving licence to pickup for us to check in person — we don't collect those numbers online. You must be 23 or above to rent.
FPX online banking, credit/debit card, or e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) — this is a demo checkout, so only the test card number is accepted.
Viewings and valuations can be cancelled any time, free. Reservations are refundable within the 3-day hold. Rentals are free to cancel more than 48 hours before pickup.
